Gayle Vogel, Founder and Principal

With over 25 years of experience and hundreds of successful client engagements, I started Kalorama Research because I am committed to delivering thoughtful research design, collaborative and responsive service, and high-quality insights.  
 

My passion is uncovering the data-driven stories that help organizations deeply connect with customers and members. My superpower is turning complex data into powerful insights and a clear and actionable roadmap to move organizations forward.  
 

Experienced in quantitative and qualitative research, I have conducted thousands of focus groups and in-depth interviews and designed and executed hundreds of custom surveys. I completed focus group moderator training with RIVA Market Research and continue to innovate facilitation techniques through my work with research participants. 

 
Throughout my career, I’ve designed research that explores the hearts and minds of consumers, donors, industry executives, small business owners, and other stakeholders. I am skilled at connecting these insights to organizations’ unique challenges, marketing and brand strategy, and member-facing programs. My work with hundreds of corporations, non-profits, professional associations, and government agencies has informed these organizations' strategic business outcomes.
